Minor Hotels has signed an agreement to open the NH Collection Accra, a 200-key hotel in Ghana’s capital, scheduled to launch in 2030.
Minor Hotels has signed an agreement for NH Collection Accra, marking the introduction of the NH Collection brand in Ghana. The agreement was signed during THINC Middle East 2026, with the hotel scheduled to launch in 2030.
The NH Collection Accra will be located in central Accra, near Jubilee House and close to Kotoka International Airport. The property will be part of a mixed-use development that includes hotel, retail, and office components, providing access to government, corporate, and embassy districts.
The development is being undertaken by Swami India Ghana Limited. The project is planned to feature 200 guest rooms and is intended to serve corporate, diplomatic, and long-stay travelers.
NH Collection Accra is the first property under the NH Collection brand in Ghana and aligns with Minor Hotels’ expansion across gateway cities in Africa.
