General Overseer of the Anointed Palace Chapel, Rev. Isaac Antwi, popularly known as ‘Obofour
Controversies surrounding polygamy have dominated the Ghanaian public space over the past few months, following heated debates surrounding the late Daddy Lumba’s two partners.
This time, however, the spotlight has shifted from the late musician to Ghanaian pastor Rev Isaac Kwaku Obofour.
The controversy involves Maame Sika, a restaurateur; Obofour’s legal wife, Queen Ciara; and another woman identified as Kwantengmaa, who is alleged to be his baby mama.
On February 2, 2026, GhanaWeb reported that tensions escalated online after Maame Sika and Queen Ciara ‘clashed’ on the pastor’s birthday.
The earlier report highlighted how each of the women appeared to be asserting themselves as the rightful partner of the founder of Anointed Palace Chapel.
However, in a new twist, Rev Obofour has publicly addressed the ongoing drama.
Alleged rivalry erupts as Oseikrom Aduanipa CEO and Queen Ciara ‘clash’ over Rev Obofour
In a video shared on social media on February 3, 2026, he was seen speaking to his congregation, cautioning critics against speaking ill of him.
According to the pastor, he reserves the right to live as he pleases, so long as his actions do not tarnish the image of God.
“I have the right to stand wherever I want and do whatever pleases me, as long as it doesn’t tarnish the image of God. Initially, I didn’t care when people talked about me, but now I am tired,” he said.
Addressing the controversies surrounding his birthday, marriage, and the alleged side chick saga, Obofour stated that he answers to no one.
According to the preacher, claims that his wife, Queen Ciara, is unhappy in the marriage are false.
“I don’t answer to anyone. If you think you have the right to ask me questions, come to my church, and then you can ask them. That is where I can answer you properly.
“How can you say my wife brought a pregnancy into the marriage? Is she sleeping on your bed? Concentrate on your own issues. You will pay the consequences of whatever you do on this earth. If Sofo Maame isn’t happy in the marriage, do you think she would have given birth to six children?”
