Three Stars Exit, But Will Still Be Featured in Season 3 –

Selling the OC‘s first two seasons debuted in 2022 and 2023 respectively, and season three will now be arriving on Netflix in just a few weeks on May 3, 2024.

Well, season three’s cast list looks to be the same as seasons one and two, but, should the show get renewed for a fourth season…things might look VERY different.

We’ve learned of three agents who have exited the Oppenheim Group in the past few months.

Tyler Stanaland

Tyler Stanaland – Exited the Oppenheim Group

Tyler confirmed that he left the Oppenheim Group’s OC office back in October of 2023.

“Leaving the Oppenheim Group wasn’t an easy decision, but is the right decision for me and my clients. Not only am I joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman, I’m aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders,” he told People.

When asked if he’d be featured on future seasons, Tyler continued, “Selling the OC revolves around agents at the Oppenheim Group. As of today, I will be working at Douglas Elliman.” He is in Selling the OC season three.

Tyler‘s ex wife Brittany Snow just spoke out about him and alluded to some allegations that might have happened during his time on the show.

Sean Palmieri

Sean Palmieri also exited the O Group.

“Unfortunately, the Oppenheim Group was not a culture fit for me and I’m really excited for the future as I just signed as a partner with an amazing, top-producing team and mentor, Steve Games, previous owner of Prudential California Realty and Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. Our team recently just launched with Coldwell Banker West,” Sean told ET.

“Returning to the serene atmosphere of San Diego County, where I first ventured from Florida to California, brings me great joy. I’m eager to explore the opportunities that lie ahead for my business and success in this vibrant community,” he added.

He’ll be featured in season three of Selling the OC.
