True Faith Church charges me GHc2k per album – Gospel Musician

Gospel musician, David Yeboah with the True Faith Church of Ghana has expressed worries about how his church charges him money before he drops his songs.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with MFK on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, the One Day Hitmaker’ stated that, the True Faith Church of Ghana charges him for the songs he produces.

According to him, the church takes GHc2, 000 for every album he produces. That is the law the church has implemented.

He said the charge is too much because he is unable to pay for that amount looking at the meagre proceeds he gets from his songs.

As a result, the leaders of True Faith Church of Ghana should consider a review of the charge in order for him to promote his songs well.

“True Faith Church charges me GHc2000 before I release an album.

The church has made that law and I’m unable to pay. So I want the leaders of the church to review it.

When he was asked if he could leave the church, the musician stated that “Sometimes I feel like leaving the church to seek help from other churches….”

Meanwhile, David Yeboah is set to release his new album titled ‘Lailai’ on 11th December this year at Abrepo True Faith Church in Kumasi.
