There are some good habits which can change or transform your life completely. Below are some of the good habits needed to transform your life.

1.Stop seeking approval of people for each and every step in life, no one will support you in failures while everyone will claim your success, think twice before you take a decision, ask your heart and stay committed to it whatever happens.

2. Taking enough amount of Fruits, Vegetables and dairy products. All these will provide you with entire essential nutrients, which make you active and help you to grow properly.

3. Study at least 4 hours a day and consider it one of the most crucial tasks of the day, it does not matter when you are going to study, do whenever you have the time for it.

4. Whenever you among the accompany of people make them speak because while listening you will learn a lot of new things instead when you speak you are just going to repeat the knowledge, you already have.

5. Do not believe in everyone except parents just one day they are going to betray you and making you feel regret.

10. Never forget to appreciate people who take time out of their busy lives to do something very important for you even though they really do not want to get from you anything in exchange but on that time it’s your responsibility to reward them.

11. Stop giving undue importance to people. What others say or think about you is their problem, you must be sure that you are right on your path and not hurting people by it

Treat your each day as a new life, and each night as a death..Enjoy the smallest of successes like completing a task or living a stress free day, relish all the beautiful moments, work with dedication, and after work relax with passion, spend time with family, entertain yourself, seek pleasure from routine activities like sleeping, eating, exercising, feel thankful for the life, and die peacefully (deep sleep) without caring about the next life.

13. Befriend yourself.

Learn to enjoy your own ; solitude must be your best friend. Talk to yourself, convince yourself, criticize yourself, evaluate yourself, set goals for yourself, and most importantly, learn to make yourself happy and feel good about it.
