Ghanaian actor cum politician, John Dumelo has called on the gov’t to pay serious attention to the entertainment industry.

The Ayawaso West Wugon constituency candidate disclosed that he believes there should be a focus on the entertainment sector as it can create huge income for the country.
According to him, aside from the entertainment industry generating income it can also provide jobs for the youth in the country.
John Dumelo however added that the continuous reliance on the various natural resources in the country has become dry hence the need to explore other options.
He however emphasized that December in Ghana has become synonymous with events as it draws people from far and near together.
