Kelvin Taylor has accused MTN of stealing from their customers through mobile money and making it difficult for you to retrace and get your money back warning them to put a stop to that.
Kelvin Taylor in a video sighted online accused MTN workers of stealing from their Ghanaian customers abroad when they leave their account dormant for a while and also make it difficult for the person to get the money back.
According to him, there are scammers who scam people, and based on the mistake one will do they will be able to take your money but then workers at MTN Ghana have been stealing from their customers as well.

Kelvin Taylor then explained further that when you have a certain amount of money in your momo account and leave it dormant for a while, the workers at MTN steal the money and even make it difficult for you to have it back.
He then claimed that someone who has complained about that was asked to exercise patience as they are doing investigations since February to date and the money is yet to be retrieved or know where it went to.
