According to a video circulating on the social media as sighted by MartinezTV, saw a market woman revealing a strategy used by an unknown man to deceive many market women for their money. The woman explaining the strategy says, the man will enter a shop to buy an item of which he will intentionally put a counterfeit money to buy the item. She explained further by saying, the man would put the counterfeit money into his handkerchief and he will ask of change by giving you a money of high value like GHS 200 or GHS 100. After you have gotten the change for him, he will collect the change and keep some of the counterfeit into it.
After that, he will insist not buying the product again but remember at this time you will take the change and give him back the money says the woman. The woman whose name is not yet known plead to all Ghanaians to pay attention to their monies to avoid falling into the trap of these people. She has brought this to the public for many people to know the type of people who come to them whether in the market or shop to buy from them.
