The president of the republic of Ghana has spoken on Corruption and have clear the air on corruptions happening in his government but majority of Ghanaians still don’t believe what the president of the country is saying it true. In President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s address today, he has spoken well and made Ghanaians to believes that he is not corrupt but he couldn’t prove to Ghanaians that his government is not corrupt based on what he said in the past.
People seems to expressed that it’s either the president is reading from a book prepared by someone for him or he is just trying to save his image. Is it true that president Nana Akufo-Addo read from manu script without using his mind to address the challenges boggling Ghanaians?
Mr President as far as you said you’re not corrupt what is your take on “mother serpent of corruption” tag by former special prosecutor against you?
Why are you not trying to speak about why investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas has gone mute under your leadership because you told Ghanaians that you will use Anas principle to fight Corruption in the country when you were opposition?
Mr President can you give Ghanaians one evidence of your party member who has been jailed after being caught doing Corruption under your leadership? We all know former PPA boss, Charles Bissiew and some NPP members who were caught on tape involving themselves into corruption are not prosecuted. What’s happening Mr President?
Further more Mr President when are you responding to allegations levelled against your government by investigative journalist, Kevin Ekow Taylor and editor in chief for the fourth Estate media, Manasseh Azure Awuni?
Its coming to appear that the NPP government and president Nana Akufo-Addo is not responding to issues on board but they’re using their lips to defend themselves while Ghanaians want to see evidence and actions on the ground.
I think President Akufo-Addo should sit up and make sure he prove Ghanaians wrong with what he said in the past than saying he is not corrupt without evidence.
