In 2014, Ankomah marked an underwriting manage Vitamilk Viora. Dusk Capital Limited, a Ghanaian Investment Bank in 2017 uncovered Ankomah as their image ambassador. She has worked with Globacom starting around 2018 as a brand ambassador.In 2018, Ankomah was named the brand minister for Ghana Textiles Printers’ (GTP) new texture ‘Adepa Dumas’.
In August 2021, she embraced Latif Abubakar’s ‘Something should kill a man’ play in a video where she asserted the play brought a great deal to the table to the public.

In July 2013, Ankomah authoritatively opened her beauty parlor ‘Martha’s Place’ in Accra. The salon offers medicines for men and women.
Foundation
Martha Ankomah Foundation was dispatched in 2016, a social association established by Ankomah to give wellbeing mindfulness, kid care support programs, work strengthening and local area improvement projects. Martha through her establishment has given writing material and other learning materials to many denied networks including younger students at Ackrobon in the Awutu Senya District.
The establishment cooperates with Autism Ambassadors to foster mental imbalance mindfulness and backing kids living with autism.
