The National Communication Officer of the NDC, Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi has made it clear to the members of the New Patriotic Party that their party cannot have any Communication Officer who is younger than him.
“There is no young guy in my age who can rise to become the National Communication Officer or the National Youth Organizer or the National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party” He said.
He explained that, the NDC believes in young people of which he cited an example using himself as the youngest National Communications Officer in the Party. He also made it clear that the NDC does not do any discrimination in terms of age groups.
According to him, it will be difficult for the youth to hold positions in the NPP since the party doesn’t does not cherish the youth. He therefore urged all the youth at the meeting to feel proud of being an NDC member.

Sammy Gyamfi made this statement at the University of Cape Coast TEIN meeting.
Sammy Gyamfi was born on 28th March, 1989. He is currently 32 years. This meas, the NPP can never get a National Communication Officer who is at his age or less.
