Match week 15 of the 2021/2022 season of the English Premier league has been played with some of our favorite teams battling for precious points over the weekend.

Chelsea dropped points when they clashed with fellow London rivals West Ham United on Saturday afternoon. The Blues ended up losing the game 3-2 which opened the opportunity for Manchester city and Liverpool who dully won their games to overtake them at the top of the EPL table.

Manchester united returned to winning ways at home on Sunday evening when defeated Crystal Palace courtesy of a late strike from Brazilian midfielder Fred to hand Ralf Rangnick his first win since taking charge of the club.

Tottenham Hotspur were able to grind out an impressive win for themselves over Norwich City while Steven Gerard’s Aston Villa also defeated Brendan Rodgers Leicester city at the Villa Park on Sunday evening.

Here’s how the EPL table currently looks like after Saturday and Sunday games

Man city currently lead the way on the league table a point above 2nd place Liverpool and two above third place Chelsea.

West Ham United sit comfortably in 4th position although the Hammers would be looking over their shoulders with Tottenham, Man united and Arsenal all closely behind them on the league table.

Top scorers table

Mohamed Salah is the league’s top scorer after Match week 15 games with the Egyptian having netted 13 times so far this season.

Fixtures

Arsenal travel to the Goodison Park stadium on Monday to face Everton with both teams looking to arrest the losses they suffered at the hands of Manchester united and Liverpool respectively last time out.

A win for the Gunners would see them move back into fifth spot on the table while Everton can also move closer to the league’s top half with a win over Mikel Arteta’s men.
