According to the rapper, Nigerians need Ghanaians in order to survive and elevate their music and similarly, Ghanaians also require the help of Nigerians in order to elevate music in the country. He rebuked the fact that most people debate about who is better than the other.

Speaking in an interview on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo with Abeiku Santana, Omar Sterling stated that it is high time Ghanaians and Nigerians realize that they need each other to grow the music business in Africa.

He intimated that Nigerians have done so well in elevating Afrobeat music but Ghanaians are pioneers of Afrobeat music and for the fact that Ghanaians are gifted with the music talents but lack the numbers, Nigerians are also blessed with the numbers but lack the music and for that matter, both countries need each other to elevate African music.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian songstress, Francisca Gawugah, well known as Sista Afia, and her management finally confronted an unidentified man who stormed Accra FM yesterday, claiming the singer owes her money.

Earlier, a video surfaced on social media that captured the moment the man entered the studio to demand payment while Sista Afia was about to have her interview on the show. According to the man, he worked as a bouncer for the singer and her team at an event but they have refused to pay him after that.

He claims that he has been chasing them for quite a long time but all his efforts to get them to pay him has proven futile, hence his decision to storm the radio station to demand payment.
