Oct. 6 (UPI) — Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 ended with three couples getting engaged.

The dating reality show’s season finale aired Tuesday on ABC and also featured several splits.

Kenny Braasch, who originally appeared in Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams’ season of The Bachelorette, and Mariela “Mari” Pepin, a contestant from Matt James’ season of The Bachelor, got engaged.

“You’re such an amazing woman that you changed my whole outlook on life and everything. Everything about you is just incredible. I can’t imagine my life without you,” Braasch said before proposing.

Riley Christian, who starred in Crawley and Adams’ season of The Bachelorette, also proposed to Maurissa Gunn, a contestant from Peter Webb’s season of The Bachelor.

“See, Maurissa, I love you. And I’ve loved you since our very first date,” Christian said. “I just need to be sure. That said, will you marry me?”

In addition, Joe Amabile, who appeared in Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette, and Serena Pitt, a contestant from James’ season of The Bachelor, agreed to get engaged.

“When I think about forever, you know that’s scary. And then I think about it with you, it feels right. You told me you were falling in love with me first. You told me you loved me first, now it’s my turn. Serena Pitt, I love you very much. Will you marry me?” Amabile said.

Notable splits include Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs, who decided to call it quits in the finale but reunited and started dating again after the show, a title card at the end of the episode said.

Next up in the Bachelor franchise will be The Bachelorette Season 18 starring Michelle Young. Former Bachelorette stars Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will host the season, with former Bachelor Jesse Palmer to host The Bachelor Season 26.
