Veteran rapper and the originator of hiplife, Reggie Rockstone has disclosed the benefits he derived after his clash with dancehall artiste Shatta Wale some time back.
Reggie Rockstone in an interview on Kingdom FM disclosed that his Waakye business blew after the dancehall artiste attacked him on social media. According to him, he made huge sales after that incident.

Recall that a year ago, Shatta Wale took to his social media pages to throw shots at Reggie Rockstone. He stated that he did not understand why a prominent man like Reggie Rockstone still lived in his father’s house and also sells Waakye after all his exploits in the music industry.
Reggie Rockstone in an interview stated that after Shatta Wale attacked him and his Waakye business, he had a lot of customers because people did not know about his business until the attack.
“I’m not going to lie to you but God works in mysterious ways, he mentioned my waakye, and then from there, my waakye just blew. A number of people didn’t know I sell waakye meanwhile I’ve been selling waakye for over ten years. At the time that he mentioned it, it gave me a new audience.

“I also understand the game so when he mentioned it, I started talking about my waakye and afterward I released the jar waakye and it caught fire,” he disclosed.
