Popular Nigerian actor, movie producer, and philanthropist Jim Iyke has complained bitterly about the terrible Accra traffic situation he encountered.
One of the disturbing issues in Ghana is the terrible traffic in the Accra municipality. The traffic situation in Ghana, Accra especially is worst. Many people have complained about being in traffic jams for longer hours. Cars are seen stuck in one place for several minutes and sometimes hours.

Jim Iyke has also experienced the terrible traffic situation in Accra when he was on his way to Joy FM for an interview. Upon reaching the studios of Joy FM, he rendered an unqualified apology to the host and his listeners for running late for the interview.
Narrating the reason for his absence, Jim Iyke explained that the roads in the capital city, Accra are choked with traffic in the early hours of the day. He told the host…
“I apologize profusely. To start with, I was here some 5 to 6 years ago. So Accra has changed traffic-wise so much. I thought a one-hour take-off from the hotel down here will more than suffice to get here. We’ve been sitting in the traffic for well over two hours” Jim said.

When asked why he was blaming the traffic light. he said, “Yes. I am. I am doing the traditional blame game”. he said.
