Watch: ‘We’re Here’ queens return ‘to make change’ in Season 2

Sept. 10 (UPI) — HBO is giving a glimpse of We’re Here Season 2.

The network shared a trailer for the season Thursday featuring celebrity drag queens Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’Hara and Shangela.

The preview shows Bob, Eureka and Shangela visit new locations across the United States, where they recruit small town residents to participate in one-night-only drag shows.

The We’re Here stars will visit Spartanburg, S.C., Temecula, Calif., Del Rio, Texas, Selma, Ala., Evansville, Ind., Watertown, S.D., Kona, Hawaii, and Grand Junction, Colo.

Season 2 will premiere Oct. 11 on National Coming Out Day. Subsequent episodes will follow weekly on HBO and also be available to stream on HBO Max.

“Mark your calendars darlings, the queens return October 11! We’re here to make change,” HBO wrote on Instagram.

We’re Here is created and executive produced by Stephen Warren and Johnnie Ingram.

Bob, Eureka and Shangela came to fame as contestants on the reality competition series RuPaul’s Drag Race.
