Sept. 10 (UPI) — Season 4 of Tracy Morgan’s TBS sitcom, The Last O.G., is set to debut on Oct. 26.

High Fidelity alum Da’Vine Joy Randolph has joined the cast this season and Janet Hubert from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is scheduled to guest star, the cable network said Thursday.

“Last season’s finale saw Tray fall victim to a violent attack, and Season 4 will follow his personal reawakening — with a fresh perspective on his community, new goals, and a distinct set of challenges. It’s a new day and a new way for Tray, as he tries to adapt to a changing world so he can do some good for the Brooklyn he loves,” a synopsis said.

Ryan Gaul, Taylor Mosby, Dante Hoagland and Anna Maria Horsford also co-star in the show about Tray, an ex-convict returning after 15 years to find his working-class neighborhood transformed into an upscale suburb.

Owen Smith serves as showrunner for the series, which was co-created by Jordan Peele and John Carcieri.

Tiffany Haddish left the sitcom after three seasons. The comedian hosts the network’s Friday Night Vibes program.
