The latest photos that were shared by Ghanaian opinionated actress Ama K Abebrese on Facebook were deemed indecent by a fan who claimed she is having a negative influence on teen girls.
According to this fan named Sua Nyansa, Ama K Abebrese needs to understand the power she wields as a celebrity thus her choice of public attire needs to be on point.
These words that were spewed by this unhappy fan under these photos that had part of Ama K Abebrese’s upper thighs showing were aimed at drawing her attention to the need to be discreet, understand that she is a role model and be circumspect with what she shares publicly.
Sua Nyansa feverishly wrote:
You are a Role model to the youth,you better put a stop to this fucking dress ..You speak as christ Mother see how you dress.Incase a teen wear this and a gang rape her .Whom are we to be blame. You always speak against rape and other bad influence. Yes we adore you for that .Now tells us .Are u setting an examples for the youth and teens to pick how you dress anaaaaa.Better Change your kind of dressing you started to put up all because Ghana is Hard .So upon all your influence you see how you dress for the youth to copy your nature and the kind of dresses you put up .Ghana is hard so you are no more Abebrese again

These rather harmless cautioning words rubbed Ama K Abebrese wrongly. The unapologetic feminist did not appear to appreciate the fact that her skimpy skirt was not only challenging the morals of the young but getting men to salivate over her body…is that not her putting herself up to be sexualized?
Well, Ama K Aberbrese did not take kindly to these words. According to her, Sua Nyansa was a bitter fan who could best be described as a “judgemental abhorrent rape apologist.” Ouch!. Ama Mainitanied that the fan’s train of thought was unfortunate especially when her rather praise-worthy dressing has been questioned.
Ama K Abebrese unhesitantly spewed the following words:
Sua Nyansah If you take don’t take you judgemental abhorrent rape apologist tripe from my page….. you are a very sorry excuse to justify rape culture.

As usual, some commentators praised Ama K Abebrese for retaliating with full force while others gave Sua Nyansa a pat on the back for telling her the bitter truth.
But the question still remains: Was it right for Ama K Abebrese to publicly share such photos?
