Recall the Reverend Father identified as Rev. Fr. Obeng Larbi went viral on the internet and on social media and on the various traditional media after a video of himself kissing some female students of the St. Monica’s College of Education at Mampong in the Ashanti region on his pulpit popped up.

The video after going viral on the internet and social media generated a lot of mixed reactions from Ghanaians and social media users with many people calling for the sack of the Reverend Father from the school and from the church as well.

Well, Rev. Fr. Obeng Larbi couple of minutes ago issued out an apology statement seeking forgiveness from the affected students, the school, the church and the general public as he regrets his actions.

Lydia Forson reacting to the statement expressed how disappointed she is regarding some part of the apology statement issued out by the Reverend Father. According to her, she has a problem with the last paragraph of the statement which reads;

The three students seen in the video performed extraordinarily well and were therefore called to be appreciated by the Chaplin. An attempt to add human touch resulted in the scene in the video. I kissed the students to add human touch to the appreciation.

Reacting to that section of the statement, Ms. Lydia Forson took to her official Twitter page and tweeted “Lost For Words“.
