Yesterday, July 29, 29021, GHBase.Com reported on the concerns expressed by netzines in reference to the upcoming Ghana National Gospel Awards powered by Steaman Heights.

According to critical thinking social media users, they can’t understand why gospel awards event should bill secular artistes who represent the profane world to perform on the very day.

Thus, the event which is slated for 28th August 2021 inside Accra International Conference Center has Fameye and Kuami Eugene performing alongside spirit-filled or better still anointed Elder Mireku.

It’s at the back of this brouhaha that Peter Kwabena Dwobeng Sergio who happens to be the organizer of Ghana National Gospel Awards has added his voice basically to let sleeping dogs lie.

Taking to Facebook to explain the rationale behind the billing of Fameye and Kuami Eugene as performing acts, he made it known that they are part of the nominees, therefore, it’s a laudable idea to allow them to perform on the D-day of the awards.
