Popular Ghanaian comedian, Lawyer Nti has waded into how people turn to disrespect comedians in the name of love and has expressed worry about it.
He cleared the misconception in people’s minds about comedians noting that they’re not foolish in real life as people have perceived in their minds.

The “Kejetia vs Markola” fame comedian reiterate that being a comedian is their career and it doesn’t mean they’re fools in real life like how many people think.
Lawyer Nti added that just like any other person needs respect they (comedians) also deserve some respect too because the way they appear in movies and stages is not how they live in real life.
Taking to his Twitter page, he wrote, “Naturally people see comedians & their first thought is “fool” and as such treat us with “fooling amount of respect”. Some want you to start fooling with them right there aa mpo. We understand it’s all love but sometimes “respect” a bit more. We are not fools; we just do comedy!
