It could be recalled that Ghanaian musician, George Kwabena Adu who is widely known as Kwabena Kwabena was involved in a ghastly accident.
Many people have little or no knowledge about the incident and he has come out to recount circumstances surrounding the accident.
The award-winning musician made this known in a recent submission he made on the popular Ghanaian radio station, Kingdom Plus FM.
Speaking to Fiifi Pratt, he stated that he was coming back from a funeral when the incident occurred.
According to him, he was speeding on the highway behind another car when all of a sudden the other car’s bonnet opened.
He added that this made the driver his brakes at once stating that in an attempt to stop his car from colliding with the other car, he ended up in the bush.
He indicated that he kept doing all he can to control the car. Watch the video below;
Meanwhile, he is on record to have said that it’s wrong for competition or rivalry to raise its ugly head amongst musicians.
In an interview with Graphic , he said;
“In fact, any musician who sees another musician as a threat or his competitor is not creative. We should rather appreciate other musicians’ work and give them room to operate.
The music industry is big for every musician to operate and I don’t see the reason why we should be competing among ourselves. A talented artiste appreciates other artistes and does not have problems with them.”
