The 2021 edition of the most anticipated business programme, the Citi Business Festival will start on Tuesday, June 1.

The Citi Business Festival is a month-long initiative marked with on-air and outdoor events held annually in the month of June to equip the Ghanaian business community with strategies needed to grow and scale up their ventures.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Citi Business Festival will feature a series of on-air programmes and virtual business fora which will be live on Citi TV.

This year’s edition will feature topics on Agribusiness, Digital Economy, Trade and AfCFTA and Oil and Gas.

The first in the series of programmes will focus on the Digital Economy.

Even though we all knew the global economy would eventually become more digital than physical, no one really predicted how soon that change was going to happen.  Our readiness notwithstanding, the digital economy is at hand.

Thus, in the first week of this year’s edition, the likes of Taaka Awori of Busara Africa, Ebow Anamoah-Mensah of the IT Consortium, Ebo Richardson of Absa and Kofi Dadzie of Rancard will help businesses take advantage of the digital economy, understand cashless economies and prepare to win with e-commerce.

The 2021 edition of the Citi Business Festival is sponsored by ABSA Bank, Citi FM and powered by Ghana’s most comprehensive business news website, citibusinessnews.com.

It is also supported by IT Consortium.
