‘Insult headmaster’, Nana Yeboah Asiamah has disclosed in a new interview that he has not made enough money from his acting career.
The funny Kumasi-based actor who has carved an image for himself within the scope of his job as a quarrelsome and vituperative character told ace broadcaster Abeiku Santana on Okay FM that he’s yet to even buy a bicycle since he started acting.
He attributed his predicament to the greed and ‘wicked’ movie producers that he has been working with. According to him, most of the producers refuse to pay actors and actresses after they have cast in their productions.
He also added that the few good ones pay only half of the agreed money they had initially talked about before work.
She therefore commended the Instagram celebrity for being ambitious but slammed her and her manager for failing to follow ‘protocol’ in avoiding a jail term in relation to her present predicament. Rachel made this disclosure whilst interacting with filmmaker and media personality, Ola Michael on Neat FM.
‘I see my childhood self in Akuapem Poloo, she wants to make it at all cost. That’s the way I am. She is ambitious; so I always bless her.’ She further said they made provisions for Poloo to avoid going to jail but her manager kicked against it
