Samuel Darko, a popular Ghanaian movie producer has disclosed where the name of the movie industry, ‘Kumawood’ originated from.
Speaking on Kingdom Plus 101.9FM, he told Fiifi Pratt that he his the sole owner of Kumawood. Therefore, he has full rights to it and nobody can take it from him.
He also revealed that he came up with the private company’s name through an award scheme he created.
“I have registered Kumawood as a company and no one can take it from me “ he said.
