Stonebwoy could not resist a dig at his own godfather Samini over his 1King moniker, following his 1Gad song and moniker as well as Shatta Wale’s trending 1Don song.
Over the last few days, Shatta Wale has pumped some life into the social media space after his beautiful 1Don song, his first single for the year 2021 propelled him to wide acclaim acceptance that indeed he does good Dancehall music whenever he wants to.
Moreover, Shatta Wale claimed he was the one who started the ‘one’ phenomenon (having released a song called SMGad and now 1Don before Stonebwoy- who he described as a carbon paper released his 1Gad song. Stonebwoy however maintains that he produced his 1Gad song back in 2020 but never released it.
According to Stonebwoy, 1Gad was recorded on 27th January 2020 at 2:31 am with engineer, Street Beatz. Stonebwoy has asked the naysayers to cross-check that fact from StreetBeatz, the Engineer who recorded him and this is what Louisa has just corroborated. His wife, Dr. Louisa Ansong Satekla has also confirmed this.
From the foregoing, Samini also popped up to say he’s dropping a new song dubbed 1King and it’s at this juncture that his former protege Stonebwoy took a jibe at him by ridiculing his 1King moniker while aiming some shots at Wale as well.
