The Ghana Industry is crumbling for many reasons responsible for the gradual shrinking of the industry compared to the that of Nigerian booming industry.
Ghana rap music has been dwindling because they are not competitive enough create aroma around the rappers.

A section of rappers from Kumasi, the Capital Accra and Tema have proven that they are set to takeover the Ghana Rap game in 2021.
Now, let’s see these rappers we are talking about.
1 Yaw Tog
Yaw Tog is a young Ghanaian rapper from the Ashanti Region of Ghana; Kumasi. A senior High School student who has penetrated into the Ghana rap music in a short possible time as indepedent artists.
Despite his versatile rap talent, he is notable for being one of the propounders of Asakaa, a new music genre created by Kumasi artists who are also behind Kumerica movement.
Yaw Tog made his big introduction into the Ghana rap music in 2020 with his song Sore which became an international hit.
Since then, he has been releasing hit after hit. This week, pictures of him with Ghanaian born UK rapper Stomzy recording “Sore remix went viral on social media.
2 Kofi Jamal
Kofi Jamal is a tremendous talented Hip Hop rapper. He made his first big feature with rapper Medika on t his song “Asuaden” in 2019.
Fast forward, he featured Nigerian rapper Ice Prince and Khaligraph Jones on his first international hit In The City. He made his clear intention that he is ready to takeover in 2020.
In 2020, Kofi Jamal also was featured on Shatta Wale’s song “Ahodwo Las Vegas. An Asakaa drill.
Again Jamal also gave his last biggest song in 2020 with his Ekosi which he featured Yaw Tog and Yaw Pee.

3 Amerado Burner
Amerado Burna has been in the rap game since, and was known as underground artist over years.
However, after releasing songs for almost three years and still not recognized as one of the best even after being featured on Sarkodie’s Biibi Ba, Amerado Burner introduced a rap strategy when he started to release weekly songs in a form of news broadcasting.
He became popular with his “Yete Nsem” series and became known as aver talented good rapper in 2020.
4. Strongman Burna
Strongman Burner was considered one best rapper who was compared to be the competitor of Sarkodie.
However, his name almost lost among the growing rappers in the Ghana Industry after he was signed to SarKcess record lable owned by Sarkodie.
After being gone for a while, he decided to become independent artist in 2020 and started to release his beast attitude on the mic.

Tulenke was one of the most young talented rappers who blew in 2020. He has since been makign good songs and most of his songs became hits songs as well.
made his major debut on Sarkodie’s Biibi Ba which had Amerado, Lyrical Joe, Frequency, Kofi Mole, Toy Boi, Yeyo, 2 Fyngerz, O’BKay and CJ Biggerman on it.
In 2020, his songs Link Up and Ghetto Boy became national hits.
