One caller -- who claims she was driving behind David for several miles-- reported that David was "driving recklessly" and "speeding really bad" before slamming into the stalled car on May 6.

Sumbe — At least 2,321 civil servants admission files were cleared Sunday in Sumbe, central Kwanza Sul province, by the Audit Court chief , Julião Antonio.

The files concern such sectors as the Education, Health and Welfare Ministry and general regime, 1,718 of which for admission to the services and 603 for promotions.

At least 18 files were turned down as they failed to meet the requirements.

Julião Antonio praised the work of technicians and Kwanza Sul Government for their commitment and organisational level.

The vice-governor of Kwanza Sul for Political and Social Affairs, Fernanda Cabral, praised the orderly and transparent process of admission.

Julião Antonio will travel to Kuito (central Bie province), before moving to central Huambo with the same purpose.
