The 2023 College Football Playoff national championship game included an interesting rendition of the national anthem as noted a cappella group Pentatonix provided the vocals for “The Star-Spangled Banner.”
The Arlington, Texas, group peformed a harmonious rendition while wearing red, white and blue suits to match the song’s patriotic nature:

Some may consider the group a curious choice to sing the anthem for a game held in Southern California (SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.) between Southern teams Georgia and TCU, but the quintet fit in pretty well.
Regardless, the rendition drew (mostly) positive reviews from viewers:
