Bmw Championship, results

Keegan Bradley made an exceptional outward journey (-6) to immediately position himself at the top of the classification of this second and penultimate event of the FedEx Cup playoffs. The winner of the 2011 PGA Championship nevertheless conceded a small bogey at 11, quickly compensated by two last birdies at 14 and 15 for a clear 64 card (-7).

This is the sixth time in a row that Bradley has played under 70 at the opening of the BMW Championship… where he won his last trophy in 2018! With only one bogey on the clock as well, Adam Scott is one shot. The only European in the top 5, Shane Lowry is on the last step of the podium alongside Justin Thomas, one of the rare players to have already played this Delaware course since he played the Palmer Cup here in 2013.

Irish for his part performs a very good operation since he is the only one to enter the top 30 at the expense of J.J. Spaun by going from 37th to 22nd place in the FedEx Cup. We knew that power would be a huge advantage on this par 71 of almost 7000 meters.

The Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy proved it for a good part of the day with an enormous ball length (two drives over 350 meters on the 5th and 14th in particular) and a provisional second place at the start of the 15th… before roll a ball in the water on this par 3.

An excess of confidence synonymous with triple-bogey and leaving the top 10! The world number 3 shares 13th place with world number one Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth, four strokes behind the leader. Keegan Bradley (born June 7, 1986) is an American golfer.

The eldest son of Mark Bradley, owner of the Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club in Jackson, Wyoming, has been a pro since 2008, he won the 2011 PGA Championship [1] as a rookie on his first major appearance. He was rookie of the year ‘of the PGA Tour in 2011 and was part of the American team of Ryder Cup in 2012 in Medinah which was won by a comeback from Europe.
