Tiger Woods visits the Rafael Nadal museum

Tiger Woods is still on vacation in Mallorca with his family and he does it like any other tourist. Without apparent privileges and waiting in line to access the Rafa Nadal Museum in Manacor, the ‘Tiger’ was photographed by the Spanish golfer Javi Colomo…

who coincidentally was also visiting the Balearic tennis player’s Academy.

Colomo, a professional player and coach, a member of the Asian Tour for eight seasons, was surprised to see the ‘GOAT’ of world golf ‘integrated’ like any other tourist.

“Go to the God Rafa Nadal museum and meet the Jesus Christ of golf, Tiger Woods,” the three-time Spanish champion commented on his Instagram stories. The museum of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar has a complete exhibition of the trophies of the tennis player from Manacor.

Along with the 22 ‘greats’ you can see his 36 Masters 1,000 trophies, his two Olympic gold medals, his five Davis Cups… or some local trophies in Balearic children’s competitions that Rafa won in his beginnings and his first racket .

But in addition to Nadal’s own collection of shoes, rackets and shirts, the museum has a fabulous display of objects donated by great Spanish and international athletes. From a single-seater Renault by Fernando Alonso to sneakers by Pau Gasol, golf clubs by Severiano Ballesteros…

and a Tiger Woods polo shirt! As revealed by the Twitter account @CelebJets, the winner of 15 majors and 82 PGA tournaments landed this Thursday at Palma de Mallorca airport in his private plane and since then he has enjoyed a few days of disconnection with his family after failing between Tears cut the last British Open in St.

Andrews. This Saturday he could be seen playing golf with his son Charlie on the Son Quint course in Palma (belonging to a ‘resort’ called Arabella Golf), a course that is less demanding to walk than others in the area, something that surely Woods would appreciate the high temperatures that are recorded these days on the island.
