Martin Simonsen won the Kaskáda Golf Challenge, an event of the Challenge Tour which took place at the Kaskáda Golf Resort (par 71) in Brno (Czech Republic). The Dane has been leading the leaderboard since the first lap, winning with a total of 264 (64 65 68 67, -20) shots ahead of the English Marco Penge, second with 268 (-16).
Third place for the Swede Jens Dentorp with 271 (-13). Lorenzo Scalise, the best of the Italians in the race, started strong with a bogey free first lap of 66 (-5) strokes that earned him sixth place at the end of the first 18 holes.
The Lombard finished the race in 13th position with a score of 275 (66 70 69 70, -9). Edoardo Raffaele Lipparelli was placed 46 / o with 284 (71 69 71 73, par), while Federico Maccario, Filippo Bergamaschi and Jacopo Vecchi Fossa did not pass the cut closing respectively 93 / o with 144 (68 76, +2), 100 / o with 145 (68 77, +3) and 143 / o with 153 (75 78, +11).

For Martin Simonsen, this is his first career success on the Challenge Tour, after he finished fourth in the Farmfoods Scottish Challenge supported by the R & A in May of this year.
The exploit allowed the Dane to cash a check for 41,600.00 euros for a total prize money of 260,000.00 and to succeed the German Marcel Schneider in the roll of honor, who in 2021 won ahead of Lorenzo Scalise.
