Manchester City have beaten rivals, United and Barcelona to the signing of 19-year-old wonder kid, Gabriel Jesus. The 19-year old has signed a five-year deal after Palmeiras accepted £27m for the winger. The deal will also include add-ons which will likely increase the transfer deal.
Gabriel Jesus is highly rated in South America and has scored 26 goals in 67 appearances for Brazilian side, Palmeiras.
His signing comes just a day after 20-year old German forward, Leroy Sane was signed for £37m.
An excited Gabriel said; “We have many great talents in the team and a fantastic manager in Pep Guardiola that I can learn so much from,”
“I’m looking forward to showing the City fans what I can do and I think we’ll have a great future together.”
