In an exclusive interview with BBC Hausa and BBC Pidgin recently, Hausa Actress, Safiya Yusuf Who is Popularly known by Safara’u in a Kannywood Series film, Kwana Casa’in Has revealed how her nude video was spread on social Media. Safara’u also revealed that she spent 3 months without stepping out of her house after the nude video was leaked online.
According to her Statements, that period was the most depressing moment of her life because she couldn’t get herself together.

Safara’u stated that when she started going out, some people were insulting her on the streets. It reached the extent that someone even threw stones at her when she went out one day.
She, however, revealed that almost 70% of women do keep nude videos of themselves on their fun just for fun. She said may be one of her friends saw the video on her phone and she sent it to the public to tarnish her image.
The Hausa Actress, Safara’u was suspended from acting in Kannywood film industry because of the incidence and now Safara’u has become a Hausa Hip hop Singer.
