Former Teachers Service Commission (TSC) CEO, Dr. Nancy Macharia, has turned down her nomination by Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang’ata to serve as Chairperson of the Murang’a County Public Service Board.
In a letter dated June 25, 2025, addressed to Governor Kang’ata, Dr. Macharia cited receiving another offer from an international organization as the primary reason for her decision.
