Raila’s ODM Suffers a Blow as IEBC Rejects Bid to Degazette Top Official in Mbadi’s MP Seat

Latest reports indicates that the former prime minister Raila Odinga’s ODM party has suffered a major setback days after writing to IEBC commission with a major demand.

As reported, the IEBC has denied breaching the procedure in reallocation of John Mbadi’s seat to Harold Kipchumba.

This comes after the party via Secretary general Edwin sifuna wrote demanding the Kipchumba nomination revoked as Ketora be considered for the post

“IEBC denies breaching procedure in reallocation of John Mbadi’s MP seat to Harold Kipchumba, says nomination based on ODM Party list submitted before 2022 polls”, report says.

It should be noted that the Party noted that Ketora was the perfect individual to take over the post in the parliament.
