Details emerging indicates that protest has officially kicked off in Nairobi following the death of activist Albert Ojwang’.

Those protesting are demanding to know the truth concerning the death of Ojwang’. They are also campaigning for the ouster of president William Ruto saying that his regime has been linked with numerous killings and abductions.

As protests continue, report indicates that anti-riot police officers have been deployed to contain the situations in the city.

Report from police indicates that Ojwang’ was arrested for publishing false informations against deputy inspector general, Mr Langat.

While in cell, police claims that the activist took away his life by hitting his head against the cell wall.

Opposition team led by Rigathi Gachagua has linked the killing to DIG Langat are are now demanding his immediate suspension in order to allow transparent and fair investigations.
