A Nairobi court has directed the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions to furnish the defense with all evidence it intends to rely on in the case against Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya.
The directive comes after the prosecution admitted it had failed to comply with a previous court order requiring the disclosure of materials in the case.
