Nairobi, Kenya: Beloved Dr Jane Njeri Njagi, who used to tackle health issues with humour on social media, has sadly died.

In a Facebook post shared on May 23, 2025, Henry Wainaina Ributhu shared that Jane was the beloved daughter of Beth Mwihaki and Lukas Njagi. She was also the devoted mother to Grace Nyambura and sister to Timothy Mwatha, and niece to Ms. Mbugua (former Kamuiru teacher).
As son as the details were out, her family and friends started planning on how to lay he to rest.

“Daily meetings are being held where she used to reside, just behind Gachie market, opposite Gwa Kamau wa Nguiyi,” said Ributhu.
“A memorial service was held on Sunday, 25th May 2025, at the same venue,” he added.
Dr Jane will be laid to rest on Tuesday, 27th May 2025, at Lang’ata Cemetery, with the service starting at 11:00 a.m.

At the mome, Jane’s body is lying at the Chiromo Mortuary, Westlands. Relatives and friends and other well-wishers will converge at 8.30 am and depart for Lang’ata will be 9.30am.
