The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) is working with relevant authorities to hold former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua responsible for his utterances that depicted possible violence in the 2027 elections that he said would render the 2007 post-election “a Christmas party”.
NCIC chairperson Samuel Kobia on Wednesday said there is nothing festive about the period that was marked by deaths, devastation and displacements.
