Moments ago, Nyandarua Senator Kaba Methu expressed his gratitude to everyone who was concerned about his safety earlier this evening. He confirmed that he is safe.

Senator Methu thanked a car owner who transported him from the location where he escaped from the abducting Subarus to Delview, where he was dropped off. He noted that he was wearing a black jacket and a black hat and that he was picked up by a car loaded with avocados. “Thank you all for your concerns, I am safe” the politician added.

Earlier today, Methu joined Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and his team as they visited the Kanyanya-ini, Kangema, Mukuyu, and Kabati areas to hear from the citizens. Recently, Gachagua and his team launched their party, known as the DCP party.

They have been injecting President William Ruto and his UDA Party. Since the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua, he has grown in politics contrary to what most people expected.
