The Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) is set to begin its Annual Delegates Conference (ADC) on Friday, May 9, at the PrideInn Paradise Beach Hotel & Convention Centre in Mombasa.
The conference marks one year since the union’s 56-day nationwide doctors’ strike, a prolonged industrial action that spotlighted long-standing grievances in the country’s healthcare sector.
