Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen now says it is up to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, in collaboration with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that four filmmakers linked to the BBC documentary Blood Parliament broke the law.
The DCI accused the journalists of several offences, including the publication of false information and cyber harassment.
