Kathiani Member of Parliament (MP) Robert Mbui has opined that President William Ruto is in panic and is attempting to salvage his political image before the next General Elections.
According to MP Mbui, President Ruto has realized he has weak political capital to secure a second term in 2027 due to incessant public clamor against his administration.
