Good morning,
Siaya Governor James Orengo has once again criticized his boss and political ally Raila Odinga over his deal with President William Ruto.
Speaking on Wednesday, Orengo stated that Raila does not deserve the post-election political arrangements he has been finding himself in as he argued that the ODM boss has always been robbed of election victories and later got into power arrangements that are of no value.
This comes just weeks after a section of professionals from the Luo community issued a stern warning to the governor threatening to initiate impeachment proceedings for opposing the political union between Ruto and the former Prime Minister.
The controversy began when Orengo made it clear that he would not join what he called the “praise-singing bandwagon” for President Ruto’s administration.
Do you think Orengo risks impeachment over his constant criticism of the broad-based government?
