This is another opportunity to appreciate authors’ good work with each standing a chance to WIN KSh. 4,000 and additional cash bonuses on MiniPay – a possible USD 50!
Challenge 1: Most Published Authors
In the most published challenge, all one has to do is publish as many articles as they can in order to stand a chance of winning the KSh. 4,000 top prize.
Conditions:
- Minimum Total Clicks: 100,000
- Average words >=250 (at least 250)
Rewards:
- Top 1-3: KSh. 4000
- Top 4-10: KSh. 3000
- Top 11-20: KSh. 2000
- Top 21- 50: KSh. 1000
- Top 51-100 : KSh. 500

Challenge 2: Join the $10,000 Race
This is an exciting opportunity for Opera News Hub authors to grow their savings through MiniPay!
How to Qualify:
1.Publish at least 15 articles on Opera News Hub during the campaign period: May 2025.
2.Increase your savings on MiniPay during this period (savings will be compared to April balance).
Calculation Formula: Average balance from 1st to 31st May – (minus) Average balance from 1st to 30th April.
Rewards Structure:
Additional Limit:
• A total maximum of $10,000 in rewards will be distributed for this campaign.
• If the total qualified rewards exceed $10,000, rewards will be distributed based on savings rankings (higher savings take priority).
• Once the $10,000 reward pool is exhausted, no additional bonuses will be issued.
Example:
• Jose’s average balance from 1st to 30th April: $100.
• Jose’s average balance from 1st to 31st May: $600.
• Increment: $600 – $100 = $500.
• Jose also published 15 articles during the campaign period.
• Reward: Jose qualifies for the $50 bonus reward!
NOTE: April winners can still win in May if they save more in May compared to April. However, if an author changes their wallet to a new wallet and move funds from old to new, they will be disqualified from the campaign.
Payouts: All yields & rewards would be made monthly along with News Hub earnings.
Please note that only one hub account per author would be considered for eligibility and not a combination of all articles from all accounts held by the author.
The same also applies to the wallet addresses as only one wallet address of the author would be rewarded once.
Make sure that your correct wallet details are captured on the hub so you don’t miss out on these rewards and more.
It should also be noted that Opera reserves the right to determine the end period as well as the duration of the campaign.
