Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi has dismissed the emerging opposition alliance led by former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and former Interior CS Dr. Fred Matiang’i, calling it a coalition of leaders with a track record of underperformance.
Speaking in Boyani One village, Rabai Constituency, during the launch of a rural electrification project implemented by the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation (REREC), Wandayi said the opposition outfit epitomises what ails Kenya’s leadership.
