CS Susan Nakhumicha has ordered the transfer of Matisi OCS with immediate effect by the county commander.Nakhumicha who was very angry by the time she gave the order, revealed that she is a CS and can do that.
She said that she works in the government of president William Ruto and she is a cabinet secretary when she is there she can do anything and they don’t require CS Kindiki Kithure to do that.
She therefore ordered that Matisi OCS should be transferred with immediate effect because she got the powers to give such orders.She asked the county commander to do that immediately because the OCS had failed in his duties.
CS Kithure Kindiki who is the cabinet secretary for interior security is the one supposed to give such orders but CS Nakhumicha says they are allowed to do that because they are both cabinet secretary in president William Ruto’s government with CS Kithure Kindiki.
