Passaris, a wife and mother of two, has managed to keep her personal life away from public life.
Esther has been married to a businessman Pius Ngugi with whom they have two children.

Ngugi owns the Kenya Nut Company and the Thika Coffee Mills, making him one of Kenya’s richest citizens.
Additionally, he has stock in Tatu City, one of the biggest real estate developments in the nation.
